  • RISQUE LOZ is a private upscale Lifestyle/swinger Club
  • Single ladies are highly respected  Stalking or harrassment of single ladies is never permitted.
  • Couples should arrive and depart the event together.
  • No means no, so if someone tells you no, we ask you to respect this decision. 
  • Whether you are a man or a woman, please ask for the consent of others before touching.
  • Please respect RISQUE LOZ at all times by keeping it clean and picking up after yourself. If you have an accident, please clean it up.
  • All should respect the dignity of others. No rude conduct  will be permitted.
  • If you enter a play area, and are not playing, we kindly ask that you whisper or do not talk at all.
  • Please do not invade the personal space of others while they are playing. If there is a doubt, please ask them if they would like your company.
  • Please keep your voice down outside and respect the neighborhood.
  • Risque has a no-tolerance policy for drugs or prostitution.
  • No cameras, cell phone cameras or recording devices are permitted for use.
  • Overly intoxicated guest will be asked to leave the party or will be denied entrance
  • RISQUE LOZ  (aka risqueloz.com is private membership group by association, online business doing business on the Internet, which hosts regular events, parties, travel trips, and other activities (herein “Event(s)”) that is not open to the general public.  Group participation is validated by the participation in the online association. Events may be held at private homes, commercial venues, public venues, travel destinations, and other potential locations. Upon entering into this agreement with RISQUE LOZ all participants engaging in this agreement agree to the association’s rules and policies pertaining to behavior, membership dues, confidentiality, and code of conduct. RISQUE LOZ host Events for those who meet the membership requirements of the online social group sponsored by RISQUE LOZ which may be held at a private residence or commercial club
  • Terms & Condition of Membership RISQUE LOZ is a private member’s only group association and online service provided only for individuals 21 years of age and older for the purposes of communicating online or in person with other adults to develop a network of friends and acquaintances for social reasons.  As part of this membership, Risque provides invitations and access to private parties held at private residences or commercial club.  As a condition of membership, all memberships must adhere to the rules, policies, and general code of conduct as set forth by the organizers of RISQUE LOZ.  Such rules, policies, and general Code of Conduct may change without notice.  A copy of such rules, policies and general code of conduct is always available upon request.  In addition, according to a schedule provided by RISQUE LOZ, a membership fee is due based on a schedule published on the web site and available from RISQUE LOZ upon request.  To attend events and to access the Club a member must be in good standing with the required membership fees and in subjective good standing with the general code of conduct.  Payments of membership fees are mandatory. Membership requires that you maintain a valid email account.Proof of Age must be presented to attend events.
  • Privacy & Non-DisclosureA standing and irrevocable policy of RISQUE LOZ pertains to the privacy of all parties to a specific agreement of non-disclosure.  Upon becoming a member or attending a party or event as a guest, all parties agree to a strict policy of non-disclosure.  Such non-disclosure includes an agreement not to disclose; the names of other members, who attends parties and activities produced by RISQUE LOZ, what activities occurred at the party, the location of the parties, and the names and activities of those hosting the parties and events or volunteering to assist with the organization and execution of the parties or events.  Such non-disclosure also applies to the recording of conversations or activities either by taking digital or film pictures, recording audio, or creating video recordings with or without audio which are strictly forbidden at any time for any reason.
